hi! I’m Caroline, and I am so happy you are here…

owner + founder

integrative pilates // perinatal corrective exercise specialist

Caroline is a mother to 4 boys with a passion for helping people achieve balance in all phases of life. Through optimal breathing, intentional movement, + necessary stillness, Caroline hopes to change the usual fitness landscape to an inclusive + educational experience. Her sessions are detail-oriented, intentional, + fun. She invites curiosity + ownership into each of her clients by creating a safe environment to explore + be challenged.

During her time in traditional fitness classes she became acutely aware of the lack of knowledge surrounding the perinatal client. This experience inspired her both personally, + professionally inspired her to pursue specialized training with this sensitive period in mind. She brings an acute awareness + regard to every body and mind with intentional + progressive classes that allow steady + sustainable growth.

As a way to fill her own needs in the movement community, Caroline sought to create a space that would surpass the current studio standard by creating an intimate and welcoming space to explore + strengthen yourself both physically + mentally. With a strong emphasis on education, collaboration, and community Ritual Body Pilates was born in 2020. Her goal is to create a shift in how we all approach fitness toward an approachable + intentional ritual.

Tanya Clark
senior teacher + teacher trainer // Classical Pilates Education

Tanya brings nearly two decades of teaching experience to Ritual Body Pilates. She has dedicated thousands of hours to her own Continuing Education. Her primary goal is to teach the body in front of her, consistently exploring the underlying question of “why?” for both herself, and her students. A genuine enthusiast of the Arts, she integrates this passion into every session, regardless of whether she is instructing an advanced student, a fellow teacher, a perinatal client, or someone with physical limitations. Tanya is excited to collaborate with Caroline and share this beautiful space.
